From the initial exploration of the principle to the current leading role in industrialization, we have witnessed the complete process of magnetic technology evolving from an auxiliary role to the core sensing unit of high-end equipment. Among various technical paths such as optoelectronics and vision, we firmly chose magnetic sensing precisely because of its indispensable inherent advantages: unparalleled stability and reliability in harsh industrial environments such as oil contamination, dust, and vibration. This positioning determines that our technology must be rooted in the most real and complex soil of China's manufacturing industry.

With fifteen years of dedication, we have penetrated the surface and constructed a solid technical foundation. We understand that the depth of technology determines the breadth of application. From the basic extraction of magnetic signals to the stable output with nanometer-level precision, the gap between them spans the boundaries of materials science, electromagnetic theory, and precision craftsmanship. We have overcome the problem of signal drift in wide temperature ranges, tamed the interference noise in complex electromagnetic environments, and ultimately made magnetic sensors still operate stably and measure accurately in harsh environments. This ultimate pursuit of "reliability" has enabled our products to be recognized by top overseas channel partners and have thus entered the global stage.

However, the ultimate perfection of hardware performance is only the foundation. In the era of intelligence, the soul of algorithms determines the height of the product. At the algorithmic level, we have constructed an intelligent dual-wing system centered on "FPGA hardware acceleration" and "AI dynamic verification". Our self-developed FPGA processing architecture has enhanced the real-time processing capability of magnetic grating signals to the microsecond level, fully unlocking the performance potential of the hardware and meeting the demanding requirements of high-speed and high-precision motion control. What's more groundbreaking is that we were the first to introduce artificial intelligence into the production and verification processes. Through AI algorithms to learn and model massive data, we have achieved autonomous prediction and compensation for complex nonlinear errors, which not only increased the calibration efficiency by 70% but also brought a qualitative leap in the stability of the product throughout its entire lifecycle. Algorithms have become the invisible "smart brain" within our products.

At the system level, we have achieved a leap from "single components" to "system solutions". The true moat lies in integrating multiple core technical points for innovative and irreplaceable system capabilities. Taking our self-developed magnetic levitation flexible ring absolute position encoder as an example, it integrates distributed magnetic grating arrays, wireless power supply, multi-motors collaborative networking, and other technologies, achieving continuous absolute position measurement of circular motion trajectories and multi-target synchronous control. This system-level integration innovation ability enables us to provide customers with a complete value loop from precise displacement perception, real-time position feedback to intelligent collaboration on the production line, rather than just individual sensors.

After fifteen years of technological accumulation, these ultimately converge into three core competencies: first, a complete product matrix that has been internationally verified; second, self-controlled FPGA and AI core algorithms; third, system-level solution capabilities that deeply understand industry needs.
